Customer Service Specialist

$55,000 – $60,000 Annually

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-growing car parts distribution center. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing daily customer service support, through calls, order fulfilment, price quotations, and general e‑mail inquiries.

• Promptly respond to emails and phone calls from customers, suppliers, and internal employees
• Receive, organize, and send out shipping documents i.e., invoices/receipts, tracking information and shipping/return labels
• Provide dealerships with product pricing, quotations, and lead times for automotive parts
• Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams when parts are low or unavailable
• Process invoices, claims, debits, and credits and enter purchase and sale orders
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of orders

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience
• Strong capability to handle multiple cases while prioritizing effectively in a fast‑paced setting
• Basic computer skills, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets
