Are you a skilled customer service representative looking for a new and exciting role? As a Customer Service Representative with our client, you will help customers solve various roadside problems, which could considerably impact their personal or professional lives. Your ability to empathize and display social skills will be critical to building rapport with customers and getting the information you need to help them.
Your key mission will be to deliver outstanding service when it matters the most – the critical minutes when people are stranded on the road and in need of help.
This is an in‑office position located in Itasca, IL. Pay is $18.00/hr full‑time schedule: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM. Part‑time schedule: 3:00 PM–9:00 PM. All shifts include one weekend shift. The office offers the following perks:

- Help customers who need roadside assistance and represent the client on various other call types, including repair approval & reimbursement, rental requests, insurance claim requests, trip interruption, passenger transport, and claims administration.
- Obtain situational information each day to proceed with the service request, using provided tools (internal & external systems and applications) and following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Exhibit empathy for customers who need emergency assistance.
- Display accuracy and pay attention to details to recognize differences in clients’ coverages.
- Be internet‑savvy and understand modern internet concepts to apply them when assisting customers; be a problem solver and take ownership of work.

- Years of experience: minimum 1 year.
- Experience level:
Entry Level. - High School diploma or equivalent (required).
