Dispatch Coordinator II

Responsibilities

• Monitors customer service dispatch requests
• Dispatches technicians in a timely manner
• Communicates with Service Managers, Technicians, and customers
• Provides outstanding service to customers calling the dispatch team
• Handles escalated situations
• Contacts customers with updated estimated time of arrivals

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
• 2 to 4 years of related experience
• Associate's degree or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to problem solve and handle escalations

Demonstrates strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities while effectively managing customer service dispatch requests and technician coordination. Proficient in handling escalated situations and providing timely updates to customers.
