What You'll Do

• Assist customers with roadside emergencies, repair approvals, and insurance claims
• Manage rental requests and trip interruption inquiries
• Use internal systems to move service requests forward
• Deliver clear, empathetic, and effective support
• Work on claims administration calls
• Assist with passenger transport
