We are seeking an Architectural Designer/Technical Designer to join an established and growing residential design-build team. In this role as the Architectural Designer, you will lead the design and drafting process for residential remodeling and renovation projects, collaborating with clients, designers, estimators, and construction professionals to deliver exceptional results. This position is ideal for an experienced technical architect or designer who enjoys working directly with homeowners, managing multiple projects, and creating detailed construction documents that bring remodeling visions to life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of architectural drafting experience or technical drafting experience, with a strong emphasis on residential remodeling and renovation.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Chief Architect.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, detailing, and building codes.
• Experience meeting directly with clients and collaborating with internal project teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects while staying organized and focused.
