Music Teacher

Music & Arts seeks a passionate Music Teacher for our retail lesson studio. You will provide private and small-group instruction for band and orchestra instruments, create engaging lesson plans, track student progress, and prepare students for performances and school programs. Collaborate with store staff and school reps to support rentals, repairs, and accessories that enhance learning. Responsibilities

• Provide private and small-group music lessons for band and orchestra instruments
• Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet student goals and skill levels
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents
• Prepare students for recitals, performances, and school music programs
• Collaborate with store staff to align lessons with rentals, repairs, and accessory needs
• Maintain an engaging, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Support student recruitment and retention through excellent instruction and service
• Communicate effectively with parents, educators, and school service representatives
• Stay current with music education methods and repertoire
• Uphold Music & Arts policies and represent the brand professionally
