Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Engineering Project Manager to join their team. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting operational excellence and project execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Andover, Massachusetts
What's the Job?- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects related to utility operations and infrastructure within a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Manage project scope, schedules, resources, and risks to ensure successful project completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases.
- Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders and prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field.
- 8‑10+ years of experience in engineering project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.
- Experience managing utility systems such as HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, water systems, and control architectures.
- Knowledge of GMP operations and understanding of the impact of utility systems on manufacturing processes.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
