Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking a Controls Engineer to join a rapidly growing manufacturing and engineering organization specializing in industrial machinery and large-scale infrastructure solutions. • Design and program controls systems for new industrial machine designs
• Write PLC logic and develop electrical schematics from scratch
• Build and refine controls architecture for custom machinery
• Release drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation to manufacturing
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support production and machine functionality
• Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives

• 5+ years of Controls Engineering experience in industrial machinery or machine controls environments
• Strong PLC programming and electrical design experience
• Hands‑on experience with Allen Bradley and/or Siemens PLC platforms
• Ability to develop controls systems for new machine builds
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with servo drives or motion control systems
• Background in new product development
• Validation testing or continuous improvement experience
• BSEE degree or equivalent hands‑on experience
