Field Applications Engineer RF and Microwave

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Applications Engineer RF and Microwave to support customers in the wholesale technology and electronic components space. In this role, you will collaborate with sales teams and leading RF/microwave manufacturers to provide design-in support, evaluate components, and guide customers on architecture, performance, and compliance. You will conduct demos, lab testing, and troubleshooting at customer sites, translate requirements into solutions, and contribute to proposals and technical training in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide RF and microwave design-in and applications support to customers in collaboration with sales teams
• Evaluate, select, and recommend RF/microwave components and solutions based on customer requirements
• Perform lab measurements, validation, and troubleshooting using RF test equipment
• Conduct on-site and remote technical presentations, demos, and training for customers and internal teams
• Translate customer system requirements into architectures and BOMs aligned with Arrow's line card
• Support proposals, technical documentation, and design reviews to drive design wins
• Collaborate with global engineering and supplier teams to resolve complex RF/microwave challenges
• Stay current on emerging RF technologies, standards, and tools to advise customers effectively
