Collector (Late-Stage Accounts Receivable)

Key Responsibilities for the Collector:

• Manage late-stage collections (211+ day delinquent accounts)

• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to resolve balances

• Escalate accounts to legal or repossession when necessary

• Perform skip tracing and investigate account status

• Prioritize accounts by exposure and risk

Qualifications for the Collector:

• Collections experience (late-stage strongly preferred)

• Experience with high-risk or severely delinquent accounts

• Strong phone presence and negotiation skills

• Experience with skip tracing or account research
