- Serve as a key finance partner to executive and operational leadership, supporting strategic and commercial decision-making.
- Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Deliver high-impact financial analysis and insights to support growth, margin improvement, and investment decisions.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and ensure accuracy and consistency of results.
- Develop and maintain management reporting and KPI frameworks that drive business performance visibility.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate pricing, profitability, product/customer performance, and cost structure.
- Lead and develop the accounting and finance team, building capability and accountability within the function.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate financial policies.
- Support cross-functional initiatives that improve financial processes, systems, and decision support tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on financial implications of operational and strategic initiatives.
