Are you ready to inspire and be inspired? At CABS, we empower children with autism by delivering top‑notch ABA therapy. We’re looking for compassionate and motivated Behavior Therapists to join our expert team.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide direct 1:1 therapy to children with autism and related disorders.
  • Work closely with BCBAs, fellow therapists, and parents to deliver personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement programs with fidelity while brainstorming creative solutions for challenges.
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress.
  • Join clients on community outings to promote social skills and independence.
  • Assist in the development of program plans and materials.
  • Share valuable feedback during team meetings.
What You Bring:
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent, and at least 18 years old.
  • Certification:
    Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Physical Requirements:

    Ability to lift 50 pounds, engage in physical play, bend, and squat.
  • Skills:

    Excellent communication, strong work ethic, and a professional demeanor.
  • Mindset: A passion for working with children on the autism spectrum, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.
What We Need from You:
  • High school transcripts or college diploma submitted by hire date.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check.
