Paramedic Services of Illinois is seeking a Revenue Cycle Director to oversee the ambulance billing revenue cycle from patient intake and charge capture through final payment resolution. This role ensures accurate billing, maximizes reimbursement, maintains CMS/Medicare and payer compliance, and leads performance improvements across EMS billing operations.
You will supervise billing, coding, and A/R staff, partner with EMS leadership and third‑party vendors, and report on revenue performance.
