The Recruiter at Flexera plays a critical role in attracting and hiring high-impact talent to support our enterprise SaaS platform and cloud-based solutions. As part of a small, collaborative Talent team, this role partners closely with leaders across the business to deliver talent in competitive markets while building sustainable pipelines aligned to Flexera’s long-term growth strategy.
While this role will primarily focus on technical recruiting, we’re looking for a full-cycle recruiter who is comfortable flexing across different functional areas and contributing wherever the team has the greatest need.
Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for a variety of roles across Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, Product, and G&A from intake through offer
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized talent across Fin Ops, cloud, Dev Ops, ITAM, security, and adjacent technical domains
- Act as a trusted recruiting advisor to hiring managers by aligning on role requirements, skill depth, interview expectations, and candidate evaluation criteria
- Partner with hiring teams to ensure consistent use of structured interviews, role-specific assessments, and inclusive hiring practices
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using advanced search techniques, talent mapping, and multi-channel outreach
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical competency, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Flexera’s technology environment
- Balance multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Experience in an agency recruiting environment is strongly preferred
- Strong experienc with Boolean search strategies
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience within software, SaaS, or enterprise technology organizations
- Strong track record recruiting for technical roles, with the ability to support go-to-market and customer-facing roles as needed
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, architectures, and tools with confidence and credibility
- Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and influencing decision-making through market insight and data
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Comfort operating in an agile environment with competing priorities
