The Overture Group is conducting a search on behalf of a long‑standing, family‑owned manufacturing organization seeking a hands‑on HR Director to lead its Human Resources function and partner closely with leadership during an exciting phase of continued growth and operational evolution.

The HR Director will oversee the full scope of Human Resources, including employee relations, payroll oversight, benefits administration, compliance, recruiting, performance management, and HR operations.
Key Priorities- Build additional structure, consistency, and cross‑functional support within HR
- Partner closely with managers and leadership on employee relations and organizational needs
- Improve HR processes, reporting, and operational effectiveness
- Maintain and support the collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that has contributed to the company’s long‑term success
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with broad functional exposure
- Prior HR leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or middle‑market environment
- Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations
- Strong employee relations and operational HR background
- Hands‑on, low‑ego leadership style with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organization
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels
