**** The Netsuite Analyst collaborates with the Accounting and Finance team to identify, prioritize and implement system improvements while also performing daily end-user support and administrative duties within our Net Suite financial system and Zip procurement system including user administration, reporting writing, UI updates and system maintenance. This role will collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, implement process improvements, and ensure efficient integration of Net Suite with other systems.

You will play a critical role in streamlining operations, enhancing financial workflows, and supporting the company’s overall objectives.  The focus of this role will be on the P2P process.
*** Responsibilities:
**** Provide front-line support and maintenance of various financial applications for internal use, especially Net Suite and Zip Procurement software
* Partner with the Accounting team to analyze P2P business processes and suggest new ways to use Net Suite, Zip and other financial systems to optimize and improve performance
* Perform system administration duties including managing users, security, updates and bi-annual releases
* Work with the development organization on interfaces and integration projects, enhancement requests and bug fixes
* Perform functional configuration and enhancements, including custom fields, forms, records, workflows, reporting, and user roles to support business requirements
* Optimize ‘out of box’ functionality within Net Suite
* Create saved searches, reports and dashboards in Net Suite for end-users, meeting any specific reporting requirement. Use Netsuite Analytics for more complex report requests.
* Manage support escalations to Net Suite support or 3rd party and internal developers as needed
* Create and maintain documentation for Net Suite and business processes, including requirements, designs, and user manuals
*** Requirements:
**** Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
* Experience working with Net Suite ERP
* Boomi, Salesforce and Zip experience is a plus
* Strong functional knowledge of Net Suite Financials
* Experience using Netsuite Analytics for report writing
* Basic understanding of accounting processes (Procure to Pay and Record to Report)
