Overview
The Digital Platform Specialist I (Lead Generation) supports the organization's demand‑generation efforts by building and updating landing pages, forms, and email assets using established templates. The role maintains and optimizes the Hub Spot platform, monitors lead flow through the sales pipeline, provides onboarding and day‑to‑day support for platform users, and maintains pay‑per‑click (PPC) campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes.
Responsibilities- Work with established templates to create and update landing pages, forms, and emails that support lead‑generation programs.
- Maintain the Hub Spot platform, including marketing automation workflows, error logs, contact records, and file management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing users, providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Provide pay‑per‑click (PPC) campaign reporting, maintain and edit campaigns, and review recommendations.
- Monitor incoming leads and track their movement through the sales pipeline to ensure proper follow‑up and conversion.
- Provide platform reporting and create dashboards to provide visibility into marketing performance, lead flow, and campaign effectiveness.
- Setup marketing event objects and support event lead generation needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
The wage range for this position is $60,400.00–$90,600.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
QualificationsEducation:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or related field (required).
Experience:
- 2+ years experience working with digital platforms, enterprise systems, or customer relationship management tools (required), or
- 2+ years work experience in digital content management or platform configuration (required).
- 1+ years experience managing or supporting PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Meta Ads) (preferred).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, SharePoint.
- Knowledge of Zoom and Teams.
- Project management software (Asana preferred).
- Hub Spot or similar CRM.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and marketing automation process.
- Organization and planning capabilities.
- Good written communication skills.
Licenses and
Certifications:
- Hub Spot Digital Marketing certification (optional).
- Google Ads certification (optional).
