Oracle EBS R12 SCM & Order Management Functional Consultant

Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Order Management (OM) Consultant to lead and support enterprise-wide implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise across SCM modules and demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO).
- Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional design workshops with business stakeholders.
- Configure workflows, approvals, and setups for procurement and order fulfillment processes.
- Perform data migration, integration, and reconciliation across SCM and financial modules.
- Develop and execute test plans including unit, system, and UAT.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
- Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and interfaces.
- Stay updated on Oracle patches, enhancements, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules.
- Expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and Advanced Pricing.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement cycles, and order fulfillment.
- Experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations or major upgrades.
- Proficiency in functional documentation (MD050, BR100) and Oracle reporting tools (BI Publisher, Oracle Reports).
- Familiarity with multi-org structures, setups, and reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow Builder, and integration tools is a plus.
- Oracle certifications in SCM or related modules preferred.
