Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Order Management (OM) Consultant to lead and support enterprise-wide implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise across SCM modules and demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO).
Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional design workshops with business stakeholders.
Configure workflows, approvals, and setups for procurement and order fulfillment processes.
Perform data migration, integration, and reconciliation across SCM and financial modules.
Develop and execute test plans including unit, system, and UAT.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and interfaces.
Stay updated on Oracle patches, enhancements, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules.
Expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and Advanced Pricing.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement cycles, and order fulfillment.
Experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations or major upgrades.
Proficiency in functional documentation (MD050, BR100) and Oracle reporting tools (BI Publisher, Oracle Reports).
Familiarity with multi-org structures, setups, and reporting requirements.
Knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow Builder, and integration tools is a plus.
Oracle certifications in SCM or related modules preferred.
