Knowledge of AS2, SFTP, API creation and troubleshooting, JDBCSQL, IBMi DB
Nice to have skills
Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry
Support experience with excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Understands and is familiar with most widely known and emerging tools, technologies and applications

Resource will be responsible to coordinate with Client and business analyst to develop physical maps for partner onboarding and existing configuration related changes
