We are seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support enterprise-level training operations within a highly regulated environment. This individual will play a key role in administering the LMS platform and supporting a global quality training program to ensure employees are fully trained and compliant.
This is a long-term contract opportunity with a collaborative, fast-paced team environment and strong potential for growth.
Location Requirement
- Must be local to the Chicagoland area (Itasca / Des Plaines, IL)
- Onsite requirement: 4-5 days per week
- Administer and support an enterprise LMS, including user management, training assignments, and reporting
- Maintain and update training curricula to align with quality system requirements
- Ensure compliance with internal training procedures and regulatory standards
- Provide training support to employees across a global organization
- Partner with stakeholders (including senior leadership) to communicate training requirements and system changes
- Assist with LMS system upgrades and enhancements
- Troubleshoot issues and drive solutions in a complex environment
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level LMS platforms (administration-focused)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, data tracking, analysis)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage VP-level stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries
- Background working with highly regulated quality systems
- Experience with large-scale LMS implementations or upgrades
- No instructional design responsibilities
- No instructor-led training delivery

This is a Contract position based out of Itasca, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
