Key ResponsibilitiesAssociate will be part of the TCS onsite team supporting Knowles IT in delivering projects. Highly experienced Order Management and Shipping Specialist with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12. Functional knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Order Management and Shipping modules, and a proven track record of driving process improvements across global supply chain operations.
KeySkills/Knowledge:
- End-to-end Order Management (OM) and Shipping Execution processes within Oracle EBS R12.
- Drive full lifecycle implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-production support.
- Configure and support functionalities such as:
- Sales Order creation, Booking, Scheduling, ATP
- Shipping, Pick Release, Ship Confirm
- Delivery management and freight terms
- Holds, workflows, pricing, and credit checks
- Backorder, partial shipments, and drop shipment processes.
- Integrate OM & Shipping with related modules
Required:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions.
Analyze existing O2C processes and recommend improvements for speed, accuracy, and compliance.
Support complex order fulfillment operations, including multi-org setups, global shipping rules, and third party logistics (3PL) integrations
Nice to Have:Experience in data migration, requirement analysis, and drafting MD050, MD070 documents
Prepare test scripts and lead SIT, UAT, regression testing.
Provide user training, create SOPs, and support go-live stabilization.
Address day-to-day operational support tickets with strong root-cause analysis.
