Location:

Keyence U.S. Headquarters – Itasca, IL. Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): $103,283. As a Data Scientist, you’ll be part of the Data Science arm of the Data Analytics and Governance team, helping to drive innovation and efficiency across the business. You’ll develop automation solutions, optimize infrastructure, and build analytical models that inform strategy and uncover new opportunities.

• Optimize and manage relational databases
• Maintain and enhance AWS cloud infrastructure
• Develop automation solutions for complex business challenges
• Build and deploy analytical models using Data Iku
• Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics, Statistics, Math, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R
• Experience with machine learning model development and optimization
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to learning
• Familiarity with Linux troubleshooting, Scala, HTML, Java, Tableau, SSH, and VPCs is a plus

• Base Salary: $66,650
• Bonus Target: $36,633 annually (performance‑based), paid quarterly
