IBM Sterling B2B Integrator; B2B​/EDI Technology Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI) Technology Specialist with 8–10 years of experience in B2B/EDI integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, testing, and supporting EDI integrations while collaborating with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to deliver reliable integration solutions.

• 8–10 years of experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (Sterling Integrator/SI).
• Strong experience in:
  • EDI mapping and logical mapping
  • Design, development, build, testing, implementation, and production support
  • Maintaining B2B/EDI transactions
• Hands‑on experience with common EDI and file formats:
  
  X12,EDIFACT,IDocs,XML,JSON,CSV
• Experience with communication protocols:
  
  AS2,SFTP
• Experience creating and troubleshooting APIs.
• Strong knowledge of JDBC, SQL, and IBM i (AS400) databases.
• Experience in application testing and integration validation.

• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong production support experience.
• Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with modern integration tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

• Design, develop, and implement B2B/EDI integrations using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Create and maintain EDI maps and business processes for various document types.
• Collaborate with business users, customers, and technical teams to deliver integration solutions.
• Participate in solution design reviews and application testing.
• Troubleshoot integration issues involving AS2, SFTP, APIs, JDBC/SQL, and IBM i databases.
• Provide production support and ensure the stability and reliability of B2B/EDI integrations.
• Support onboarding of trading partners and implementation of new customer integrations.
• Maintain documentation and follow established development and deployment standards.
