Global Business Systems Manager – Special Projects & Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
The Global Business Systems Manager – Special Projects & Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) supports global initiatives that span business systems, operational readiness, and organizational change. This role is business-facing and project oriented, serving as a key liaison between Global Business Systems, business stakeholders, and functional partners. The position focuses on special project, M&A, Organic Growth and/or Real Estate relocations integration readiness, cross-functional project coordination, and enabling standardized, scalable business processes across the organization.
The wage range for this position is $-$ and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
ResponsibilitiesServe as a Global Business Systems representative for mergers & acquisitions, organic growth and relocations, supporting discovery, integration planning, setup & configuration, pre & post go-live execution. Support Cargo Wise Business Systems when no M&A's are active.
Coordinate system-related work streams for M&A activities, including timelines, dependencies, communication, and readiness planning and execution.
Lead or support cross-functional special projects that impact enterprise business systems, processes, and organizational change.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering high-level business requirements and translating them into actionable inputs.
Support business readiness, training coordination, and adoption activities related to system changes and integrations.
Maintain documentation, governance artifacts, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement of M&A and project playbooks.
Support the continuous improvement on M&A integration processes.
Contribute to the development and refinement of Global Business Systems integration templates and governance frameworks.
Performs other duties as assigned.

QualificationsEducation
• High School (required)
• Some College/Associate's Degree Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
Experience
• 5+ years Experience working with enterprise business systems or technology-enabled business processes (required) and 3+ years Cross-functional project, transformation, or M&A integration experience (required) and 5+ years Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or supply chain environments (required)
