Job Title: Sr Technical Consultant Casualty Claims - CGL

Location: Remote

The job involves working as an experienced casualty claims professional in a technical capacity focusing on commercial general liability and strategic problem solving to deliver comprehensive claim resolutions.

• Analyze, investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex commercial general liability claims across multiple states.
• Collaborate with defense counsel, risk managers, agents, and all parties involved to ensure timely and cost-effective claim resolution.
• Prepare and present analysis for litigation, mediation, arbitration, and hearings while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of customer service.
• Review contracts, leases, and related documentation to identify risk transfer opportunities and manage litigation expenses.

• Minimum of 5 years commercial general liability litigation experience with an insurance carrier (Third Party Administrator experience alone will not be considered).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; industry designation preferred.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to manage relationships and resolve disputes.
• Working knowledge of relevant statutes, regulations, and case law, with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work in a paperless environment.
