As MEI USA continues to evolve and grow our business across North America, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Backoffice Specialist.
You will assist our customer service department with quote processing and technician preparation and report to our Technical Backoffice Supervisor.
TBO Specialist Responsibilities- Preparation and debrief of technicians’ business trips (installation, PM, and technical assistance visits).
- Technician report processing.
- Part number verification when requested by technicians for remote support and aftersales.
- Special customer projects.
- Part quotes and processing
- Customer meetings for technical questions
- Open to the possibility of limited travel for training purposes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm. - Starting pay between $30.55 - $45.82/hr.

- Manufacturing/technical terminology knowledge
- Electrical/mechanical knowledge
- Basic knowledge of modern CNC machinery and relative components
- Familiarity with Windows-based computers
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Dynamics or a similar CRM is a plus
