Review and process shipment transactions for one or more major accounts with proactive customer service;
Serve as the primary contact for all parties concerning assigned account contracts;
Process high-volume and/or complex import and export transactions (booking, billing, classifications, data processing);
Check shipments in the warehouse to ensure shipping documents match shipments;
Create quotations for individual shipments including estimating prices and setting profit margins
