Senior Air Export Team Lead

• Oversee and manage a team of air export coordinators
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and customs officials to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all air export shipments
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders for customer satisfaction
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Provide regular reports on team performance

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in air export operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of air export regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
