Supervisor, Global Data Center Services

AIT is looking for a Supervisor to oversee daily operations of white‑glove delivery and installation services for data center components. This role supervises service crews, coordinates logistics, ensures compliance with industry standards, provides tactical oversight, assigns work, and develops team members while maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring service excellence in line with AIT's core values.

• Supervise daily white‑glove delivery and installation services for data center hardware, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met, and provide training and guidance to team members.
• Coordinate scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of freight shipments and on‑site services; ensure compliance with SOPs and industry standards.
• Support vendor relations by ensuring adherence to service processes, escalating issues, and providing feedback to management.
• Provide backup leadership under the Manager of Global Data Center Services; supervise staff coordinating transportation and distribution workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

Education: Some college or associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales preferred.

Experience: 2+ years working in a data center environment and 1+ year of supervisory experience required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of budgeting and budget preparation.
• Knowledge of SOPs and industry standards.
