Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a team of air import coordinators
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with clients, carriers, and customs officials
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all air import shipments
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in air export operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of air export regulations and procedures
- Experience with logistics software and systems (e.g., TMS, WMS)
