We are looking for a reliable and safety‑focused Setup Production Operator to support the day‑to‑day operations of our chemical manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and takes pride in producing high‑quality products safely and efficiently.

You will be part of a skilled operations team responsible for running production equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Operate production equipment
  :
  Safely run reactors, mixers, pumps, and other machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor process parameters
  :
  Track temperature, pressure, flow rates, and other key indicators to ensure stable and efficient production.
• Perform in‑process checks
  :
  Take samples, conduct basic quality tests, and report any deviations or abnormalities.
• Handle raw materials and products
  :
  Load and unload materials, transfer batches, and package finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and order
  :
  Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.
• Follow safety protocols
  :
  Use personal protective equipment (PPE), follow chemical handling procedures, and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance
  :
  Assist with minor equipment adjustments and report issues to maintenance teams.
• Document activities
  :
  Accurately complete production logs, batch records, and shift handovers.
