• Fulfill all essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and in a safe manner.
• Understand verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
• Abide by all safety policies, procedures, rules, and guidelines to prevent and reduce exposure to accidents and injuries.
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
• Work a 40-hour schedule, be present at the designated worksite, maintain attendance, and work overtime as required, including weekends and holidays based on business demands.
• Pay close attention to detail and follow instructions and procedures to meet quality standards.
• Work in a team environment, assist in training and facilitating job duties for other team members (including temps), and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Successfully complete and pass required Power Industrial Vehicle (PIV) training and tests and obtain and maintain appropriate PIV licensing.
• Use Radio Frequency (RF) units.

• Perform repetitive tasks as required.
• Perform pre-shift stretching and related movements as required for the position.
• The job duties include bending, reaching, twisting, lifting up to 25 lbs and 45 lbs, standing, walking, gripping, driving, climbing, squatting, kneeling, twisting, typing, and other listed activities. Use the frequency chart to indicate approximate time spent performing physical requirements.

• Must Fulfill all essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
• Must Understand verbal and written instructions. Able to effectively communicate with team.
• Must Abide by all safety policies, procedures, rules, and guidelines in order to prevent and reduce exposure to accidents and injuries.
• Must Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
• Must Physical presence at designated worksite, work a 40-hour work schedule, maintain consistent attendance and work overtime as required, including weekend and holiday work based on business demands.

• The hiring range for this position in Itasca is $19 per hour. The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary by geographic region, knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors. An annual incentive may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits.
