As a  CMM / Poly Works Arm Operator , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring large, complex CNC-machined components meet exact blueprint and customer specifications. Your work directly impacts quality, delivery, and customer confidence.

- The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

Set up and operate  CMMs and Hexagon Poly Works Arms  to inspect machined components

Perform  visual and dimensional inspections  on large, complex parts

Interpret  blueprints, GD&T, and engineering specifications

Generate and maintain accurate  inspection and dimensional reports

Coordinate inspection results with  Production Managers and Engineering

Ensure all inspection documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant

This is a hands-on inspection role where accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail matter.

- What We’re Looking For

Required

1–3 years of experience in a  metrology or inspection environment

Strong ability to read  blueprints and GD&T

Experience using  CMMs and/or Poly Works Arms

Familiarity with  ISO and AS9100 quality systems

Comfortable working with precision measuring tools

Able to work independently and document results accurately

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with  Calypso Zeiss software

Working knowledge of  AutoCAD, Solid Works, or 3D modeling

Exposure to large-part machining environments
