The Production Assistant operates automated and non‑automated bindery equipment for digital printing support services to satisfy the needs of internal and external customers.
Additionally, the Production Assistant is responsible for large‑format printing/finishing operations and materials handling and shipping.
This role promotes customer satisfaction through effective production and execution of daily work assignments, individual workflow management, and quality control procedures.
The position executes required order workflow management scans to ensure the capture of order completion, quality control, and productivity data.
Responsibilities- Operate automated and non‑automated bindery equipment for digital printing support services.
- Perform large‑format printing/finishing operations.
- Handle materials and shipping tasks.
- Manage daily work assignments and workflow.
- Conduct quality control procedures and order workflow management scans.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of related experience.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and follow detailed instructions.
- Excellent listening and customer/employee needs analysis skills.
- Rapid learning of new processes within company guidelines.
- Multitasking and time‑management abilities.
Pay range: $13.92/hr to $23.38/hr (subject to state and local minimum wages).
