Job Overview
Business Unit: MAES – Division:
Packaging & Board Assembly.
We are looking for a reliable and safety‑focused 2nd Shift Production Operator to support the day‑to‑day operations of our chemical manufacturing processes. The role involves operating production equipment, monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with a skilled operations team.
- Operate production equipment:
Safely run reactors, mixers, pumps, and other machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Monitor process parameters:
Track temperature, pressure, flow rates, and other key indicators to ensure stable and efficient production. - Perform in‑process checks:
Take samples, conduct basic quality tests, and report any deviations or abnormalities. - Handle raw materials and products:
Load and unload materials, transfer batches, and package finished goods. - Maintain cleanliness and order:
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards. - Follow safety protocols:
Use personal protective equipment (PPE), follow chemical handling procedures, and contribute to a safe working environment. - Support troubleshooting and maintenance:
Assist with minor equipment adjustments and report issues to maintenance teams. - Document activities:
Accurately complete production logs, batch records, and shift handovers.

- Production experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment is preferred.
- Process understanding:
Basic knowledge of chemical production processes and equipment operation. - Safety & compliance awareness:
Familiarity with chemical safety, PPE use, and regulatory requirements. - Quality focus:
Understanding of quality control principles and the importance of product consistency. - Documentation skills:
Ability to accurately complete production records and follow written procedures. - Physical fitness:
Capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions. - Education & training:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in chemical processing or manufacturing are a plus.
- Competitive base salary range: $46,368.00 - $69,552.00 annually.
