As a Press Operator, you'll play a crucial role in the production process, lending support to the Lead Press Operator in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Your attention to detail and reliability will help us maintain our high standards of quality, ensuring that each project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00PM Pay Rate: $20–$30/hour (based on experience)

• Solid understanding of operating printing presses and related machinery.
• Ability to prepare materials and set up machines efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring quality checks are performed.
• Capability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members.

• Experience in a manufacturing or printing environment.
• Familiarity with production schedules and basic troubleshooting of machines.
• Knowledge of color matching and ink mixing.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but we're more than willing to train enthusiastic candidates eager to learn.

• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift materials when necessary.
• Previous punch press printing labels experience
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
