We have a variety of general labor openings throughout our facilities. Previous manufacturing experience is not required; a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment are essential. You may mix products, weigh and scale materials, package product, or supply our lines. All roles require reliability and adherence to industry standard Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times.
GMP requirements may vary by location (e.g., no artificial nails or jewelry while producing or packaging food).
- Inspect product for quality and any signs of foreign material contamination.
- Supply production lines as needed.
- Ensure correct placement of product on line or in containers, boxes, or pallets.
- Maintain work area in a clean and organized manner.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of GMPs or willingness to learn.
- Sufficient math skills.
- Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Preferred ability to read and write in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to a variety of machines, noise levels, and varying temperatures.
- Team environment requiring respectful and professional communication.
- Ability to work necessary overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand, including across shifts.
- Ability to stand and work with hands throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
- Work environment may be very cold or very warm depending on location.
Starting Pay: $19.55/hr we offer a comprehensive benefits package for full‑time employees, including health, dental, registered pension plan, and wellness benefits after a qualifying period. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
