Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $22.11

Shift: 8:30am - 5:30pm

• Comply with established safety practices, policies, and procedures, including PPE, ZES, PIT/PED safety protocols
• Read factory work orders and shipping/receiving documents to understand customer requirements and processing information
• Monitor conveyor lines, remove units, and load units into trailers or storage areas
• Check load tags and unit counts for accuracy
• Inspect finished units during loading to ensure they are damage-free and straps are intact

• Proven success in safety, attendance, and quality of work
• Certified ability to operate a forklift safely
• Ability to accurately use and read measuring devices
• Knowledge of general computer operation
• Ability to learn, follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as part of a team
