We're partnering with a well-established, growing aerospace manufacturer seeking a Production Scheduler to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing production priorities, collaborating with manufacturing teams, and helping ensure customer deliveries stay on schedule. You'll work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to keep production running efficiently in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.

- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Monitor work orders and production progress to ensure schedules remain on track.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Customer Service to resolve scheduling conflicts and material shortages.
- Review capacity, production priorities, and inventory levels to optimize workflow.
- Release and prioritize work orders based on customer demand and manufacturing capacity.
- Track production performance and communicate schedule updates to internal stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on production planning and scheduling efficiency.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage planning activities and maintain accurate production data.
- 2+ years of production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing planning experience.
- Experience in a CNC machining, aerospace, precision manufacturing, or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but equivalent manufacturing planning experience will also be considered.
