Production Scheduler

We're partnering with a well-established, growing aerospace manufacturer seeking a Production Scheduler to join their team. You'll work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to keep production running efficiently in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor work orders and production progress to ensure schedules remain on track.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Customer Service to resolve scheduling conflicts and material shortages.
• Review capacity, production priorities, and inventory levels to optimize workflow.
• Release and prioritize work orders based on customer demand and manufacturing capacity.
• Track production performance and communicate schedule updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on production planning and scheduling efficiency.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage planning activities and maintain accurate production data.

• 2+ years of production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing planning experience.
• Experience in a CNC machining, aerospace, precision manufacturing, or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but equivalent manufacturing planning experience will also be considered.
