Outside Sales-Manufacturing Industry

Our client, a custom manufacturer providing metal stampings, fabrication, springs, and much more, is currently seeking an experienced and energetic Outside Sales Rep with a background in the metal stamping industry.

Hours:

7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5pm, Monday‑Friday
Salary: 50K‑100K Base Salary (depending on experience)

• Understand & follow company safety policies.
• Follow company quality policy, procedures, and proper documentation process.
• Practice good housekeeping based on 5S principles.
• Develop annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.
• Direct implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
• Devise new and innovative ways to market and promote company products and services.
• Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
• Manage multiple channel selling strategies.
• Build, develop, manage and support sales and purchasing team.
• Consult with management, quality and manufacturing personnel to discuss manufacturing capabilities, production schedules and resolve issues.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
