Part-Time Printer’s Assistant

Risicato Designs is looking for a dependable part‑time Printer’s Assistant to help with day‑to‑day production tasks in our custom apparel shop. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, is willing to learn, and can help with screen printing, embroidery, order preparation, and packing.

Risicato Designs is hiring a part‑time Printer’s Assistant to help with production and order fulfillment in our custom apparel shop.

This position may include helping with screen printing, embroidery, order preparation, folding, sorting, packing, and general shop support. The ideal person is dependable, willing to learn, comfortable working on their feet, and able to help with physical production tasks throughout the day.

No previous printing or embroidery experience is required. We are looking for someone with a good attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.

• Wash and reclaim screens used for screen printing
• Assist with automatic and manual screen printing presses
• Help operate and support embroidery machines
• Fold, sort, and pack completed apparel orders
• Check orders for accuracy and quality before packing
• Keep production areas clean, organized, and ready for the next job
• Support general shop and production tasks as needed

• Dependable and willing to learn
• Comfortable with hands‑on production work
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to lift approximately 30–40 pounds when needed
• Detail‑oriented when folding, sorting, packing, and checking orders
• Able to follow directions and work as part of a team

• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, approx. 15 hours per week

  Itasca, IL
• Pay: $18–$22 per hour based on experience
