Industrial Engineer

Growing manufacturer of engineered material handling and conveyor systems is seeking an Industrial Engineer to play a key role in coordinating production schedules, resources, and project timelines. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact by ensuring complex conveyor projects move efficiently from planning through production and shipment.

• Develop and maintain production schedules using Microsoft Project
• Create and manage Gantt charts to keep projects on schedule
• Coordinate production timelines for conveyor assembly projects
• Work closely with engineering, production, purchasing, project management, and vendors to ensure materials and resources are available when needed
• Support resource planning and production capacity planning
• Monitor project milestones and proactively identify scheduling conflicts or delays
• Coordinate shipment timing to meet customer project deadlines
• Communicate schedule updates across multiple departments to keep projects moving

• Microsoft Project experience is required
• Strong experience creating and managing Gantt charts
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working with multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
