Operate overhead cranes and related shop equipment safely
Confirm structural integrity, squareness, and alignment before final assembly
What you bring3–5+ years welding/fabrication in job-shop or custom environments (non-production preferred)
Proven blueprint reading capability; experience with large, complex builds is a plus Skill with precision measurement and working to tight tolerances MIG proficiency required; TIG experience is a plus Hands-on fabricator mindset—beyond just running beads
Mechanical assembly experience is highly preferred
Comfort with significant overtime during ramp-up periods
Work environment & growth
Mix of indoor and outdoor work based on project needs
Rapidly growing team, adding new hires weekly
Strong likelihood of conversion to long-term employment (many stay beyond 6 months)
Opportunity to grow with a company expanding its facilities and capabilities
What you’ll gain Consistent overtime and strong earning potential
Hands-on exposure to large-scale, custom engineering projects
Stability from a company with 100+ years of history—and big growth ahead

Are you the one?
You like building, not just welding. You take pride in precision. You want steady hours, strong pay, and a path to long-term stability. You’re open to overtime and excited by a contract-to-hire opportunity. If that sounds right, let’s talk.
