The Company provides turnkey outsourced facility management and arcade operations services for resorts, hotels, casinos, and amusement parks.

Additionally, the Company owns and operates standalone family entertainment centers under the In The Game, Max Action, and Bonkers brands. The Company operates nearly 90 locations throughout the U.S.

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Marketing will lead and execute high‑impact marketing initiatives that drive guest engagement, revenue growth, and partner success across FEG‑managed locations. This role partners closely with commercial, operations, analytics, and resort teams to support arcade performance, promotional strategy, package integration, and new concept launches. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution and thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that increase arcade participation, recharge behavior, and overall revenue.
  • Lead planning and execution for new initiatives, pilots, pricing tests, and promotional concepts.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to align marketing programs with commercial goals and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with resort and destination teams on cross‑promotion, package inclusion, and on‑property activations.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including campaign strategy, email marketing, paid media, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze guest data and campaign results to optimize ROI and refine future strategies.
  • Manage creative development with internal teams and agencies to ensure brand consistency and execution quality.
  • Support partner‑facing presentations with clear, data‑driven recommendations.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure disciplined execution.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategy.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibility.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with CRM, marketing automation, web analytics (GA4), paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and social management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Experience in entertainment, hospitality, attractions, gaming, or experiential brands preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable revenue and engagement through data‑driven marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels, analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Comfortable operating in a test‑and‑learn, cross‑functional environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including partner‑facing presentations.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
  • Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, and marketing dashboards.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
