An association organization in Itasca, IL, is seeking a Membership Engagement Manager to enhance member relationships and drive engagement and retention. The successful candidate will lead onboarding for new members, support early member engagement, and promote ongoing retention through enhanced member experiences. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience in relationship-focused roles, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with CRM systems.

The position offers a hybrid work environment with two days in-office per week.
