As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a chemical laboratory or quality environment who enjoys working with technical documentation, quality systems, and cross‑functional teams. In this role, you’ll help ensure product information, quality records, and documentation remain accurate, organized, and compliant while supporting the overall quality management system.
What You’ll Do- Maintain and organize quality documentation, product specifications, laboratory records, and controlled documents.
- Review laboratory test results, product specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with investigations involving product quality, nonconforming materials, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
- Partner with laboratory, manufacturing, Regulatory, and R&D teams to ensure quality documentation reflects current products and processes.
- Maintain quality data and product information within internal systems, ensuring records remain accurate and audit‑ready.
- Support internal audits, quality system initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Assist with supplier quality activities by maintaining certificates, technical documentation, and other quality‑related records.
- 1 year of experience in a quality or a related role within a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Hands‑on laboratory experience working with chemicals.
- Experience working with technical documentation, laboratory records, or quality data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
