Ajinomoto Health & Nutrition North America seeks a organized Food Science Laboratory Technician in Itasca, IL. You will provide technical support to food scientists, prepare standardized ingredient formulations, and maintain laboratory materials and databases. Strong math and science skills, plus lab experience, are important.
You will work under senior staff, ensure GMP compliance, and support shelf-life studies and sensory evaluations as needed. Travel may be required occasionally.
