- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the small- and medium-sized customer segment
- Acquire new customers through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building activities
- Reactivate inactive or dormant customer accounts and develop strategies to increase engagement
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and business opportunities
- Convert qualified opportunities into active, revenue-generating customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Conduct customer meetings to understand transportation needs and service requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective transportation and logistics solutions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of sales, business development, commercial, or related experience preferred
- Experience building customer relationships and supporting revenue growth initiatives preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and pipeline management tools preferred
- Transportation and logistics industry experience preferred
