We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives both domestically and internationally. In this pivotal role, you'll develop new markets, secure key customers, and nurture existing distributor relationships—fueling our company's success in a competitive landscape. Required Skills:

• Proven success in business development and account management
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing expertise
• Experience in developing distributor networks and managing strategic partners
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Background selling industrial, capital, or food processing equipment
• Experience working with manufacturing products or related industries
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitive activity
• Multilingual abilities or international market experience

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• At least 7 years of successful outside sales or business development experience
• Domestic sales experience is required; international sales experience is highly desirable

Other Requirements:

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40%, including international trips
• Valid passport and readiness to represent the company at trade shows and industry events
