• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Series 3 license
• Being a self-starter, coachable, and hard working.
• Proven experience with customer engagement and networking.
• Understanding of financial markets, specifically including futures products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to relay these to customers.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
• Previous experience in New Accounts or client-facing roles is preferred.

• Assist prospective clients with the account opening process, working to communicate items needed, explaining the various requirements (as necessary) and working with the team internally to expedite the process.
• Discuss with clients the benefits of Plus
  500 as a broker/technology provider, and how futures trading might fit into their portfolio.
• Work with clients to better educate them within the trading platform itself, preaching an emphasis on best practices in the futures industry and the importance of healthy risk management.
• Documenting client interactions, to create a profile for our users so we can better assist them in the future as they progress from a prospective client to a real client.
• Meet monthly KPIs (client interaction, conversions, etc.)

• Must be able to work onsite Monday - Friday during training/licensing period. The office is located in Itasca, Illinois.
